Prints
We take great care in packaging our prints to ensure they arrive safely. If your print arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide clear photographs of the damaged item and the original packaging. Once the damage is verified, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund after the item is returned. Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for prints that are damaged after delivery, mishandled, or altered in any way.
Original Paintings
All original paintings are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. However, in the rare event that an original painting arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include detailed photographs of the artwork and packaging. Shipping-related damage will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and an appropriate resolution will be offered.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and filing a claim, as well as checking with neighbors or building management.
